A Beautiful Comment on the Power of Mother Gaia on Our Beingness

This wonderful comment below was stated by the actor Gustav Knuf to his daughter actress Romy Schneider in the classic film entitled "Sissi".  It is based on the life of the Kaiserin Elizabeth who was married to the Kaiser Franz-Josef, of the Hapsburg dynasty in the Austro-Hungarian empire. What I enjoyed in this first film of a trilogy, is the Bavarian language spoken by her family who were living in Possenhofen by the Starnberg Lake.  I lived near this lake for about one year.  It is said to be magical.   Listening to the conversations is like listening to my mother, grandparents, aunts and uncles as well as other beloved members of my family. In watching this film on December 16, 2016 I decided to write down this quote as it was spoken.  I discovered that the actress Magda Schneider who was Romy's mother in real life and in the film, was born in Augsburg my home town.

As Gustav and Romy arrive at a beautiful hilltop in the Bavarian Forest, he says

" Schoen was,   Aahh merk dich einst mein Kind, wenn du einmal im Leben Kummer und Sorgen hast, dann geh so wie jetzt mit offenen Augen durch den Wald und im jeden Baum, und in jedem Strauch, in jedem Tier und in jeder Blumen wird dir die Allmacht Gottes Bewusstsein kommen und dir Trost und Kraft geben."
